We’ve rented homes in The Villages for 10 years. This home ranks #1 as the best home we’ve rented. There wasn’t one thing we could suggest to improve. Many thanks to the owners Ed and Linda for allowing us to stay in their home and to Down Home Properties for their help in the process.
Clean house, easy access, and great location.
The property was clean on arrival and in perfect condition. The property accurately reflected the pictures online. The location was perfect and was a short to walk to a recreation center. The management company was helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the pool at the recreation center, golf, corn hole, bocce ball, pickleball, billiards and the entertainment at the squares. There is nothing that we would recommend be improved!
